Whirlwind Golf Club - Devils Claw Course

The two courses at Whirlwind Golf Club, both designed by Gary Panks, are challenging and impressive to golfers of all skill levels. Devil’s Claw and Cattail are like a desert painting, lush and vibrant with a backdrop of the Sierra Estrella Mountains. Panks was careful to preserve the nature around him and to respect the heritage of the Gila River Indian Community. Both courses are a distinct reflection of the classic southwest, and feature native grasses, terrain, and plant life such as Cottonwood, Mesquite, Saguaro, and Palo Verde trees.
