Q. What is included in my golf package?
A. Your golf package is prepaid in advance and includes the following:
If you have a rental car, you will be responsible for local taxes, drop off and concession fees. Many of our accommodation partners include breakfast or other special amenities (discounted spa services, unlimited use of the practice range, club storage, etc.); please check your itinerary for specific details.
Q. What is your payment policy?
A. An initial deposit of $100 per golfer is required for us to secure your tee times and accommodations. Final payment is required 40 days prior to departure. If you are booking within 40 days, full payment is required. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Payments for some condo properties and resorts may require a higher deposit per golfer. Please ask your golf vacation specialist for details.
Q. What are your cancellation penalties?
A. All trips booked with us are subject to cancellation penalties, as many of our golf course and hotel partners have strict cancelation penalties. In order to receive a refund, you must return your vouchers to our office and refunds will be issued either back to your credit card or by check. No refunds are issued for unused portions of your trip.
Cancellation fees for some condos and resort accommodations may be higher. Please check with your golf vacation specialist for details. You may view our full cancellation penalties here. Q. What happens if I’m rained out?
A. If weather makes the golf course unplayable, please submit your voucher to the facility's staff for them to sign noting the reason. Then return your signed vouchers to us within 10 days of your trip completion for an adjusted golf refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the return of your vouchers. No refunds will be issued if the golf course issues you a rain check. You can read our entire policy here. If the course is not closed, you will not be eligible for a refund as we have guaranteed this round to the golf course.
Q. What size group can I book?
A. While we specialize in groups, we can arrange a golf travel package for any number of golfers. If you are a single player, the golf course may pair you up with additional golfers.
Q. Can each member of my group pay you individually?
A. Yes! Once your golf trip itinerary has been finalized, each member of your group may call our operations department or use our online payment center to pay for their trip. They will need to have the package confirmation number ready when making the payment.
Q. How far in advance can I book my trip?/p>
A. Many of our golf course, hotel and accommodation partners allow us to book up to 12 months in advance. For certain properties, it is best to book as far in advance as possible because certain condos and private homes book quickly. It most cases it only takes a $100 deposit to hold your reservation, so booking in advance will assure you the property and golf courses that you are most interested in, your final payment will be due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Q. When will I receive my confirmations and vouchers?
A. Confirmation of your tee times and accommodations will be e-mailed out to you within 2-3 business days after your deposit. 30 days prior to your departure, we will mail you vouchers. Your vouchers will need to be taken with you on your trip as you will need to present them to the golf courses and hotels.
Q. What do I need to bring with me on my golf vacation?
A. You should bring the vouchers that we have mailed to you and everything that you will need for an enjoyable golf vacation—sun screen, rain gear, etc. You will also need your driver’s license for hotel check-in and car rentals. A credit card will be required at each hotel and for your car rental. The credit card at the hotel will be used for incidental charges and for car rental taxes and fees.
